SEC. 01 — PROOF OF WORK

Built, not proposed.

The flagship system below runs day-to-day finance operations. Two additional builds show the same bias toward practical, decision-ready tools. Client details are withheld; every figure drawn here is synthetic.

FLAGSHIP SYSTEM

Executive financial visibility, on a phone

A mobile-accessible executive reporting system backed by normalized ERP data — designed for the decisions that cannot wait for a desktop report cycle.

DAILY PRODUCTION USESTATUS

THE PROBLEM

The legacy ERP required server access, desktop workflows, and manual assembly to answer basic questions about cash, receivables, margins, and the close.

THE SYSTEM

I built a responsive executive reporting application over a normalized ERP data layer, bringing general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, inventory, and sales into one decision-ready view.

THE OPERATING EFFECT

The application supports day-to-day executive and finance decisions, with reconciliation, freshness, and approval controls built into close and controller workflows.

Financial-statement automation

Workbooks that explain themselves.

A workbook engine that generates statements of cash flows, executive dashboards, historical summaries, liquidity and leverage ratios, charts, and plain-language financial diagnostics from raw accounting exports.

SEC. 04 — CONTACT

Let’s talk.

Two ways to work together. Either way, the first step is a short email or call.

Hiring for finance leadership

What I bring to a VP or Director of Finance seat:

  • Running the close, cash, and management reporting through to the board pack.
  • Forecasting under uncertainty: budgets, 13-week cash, scenario and risk models.
  • Building the reporting systems the team runs on, not just specifying them.
Email about a role

Fractional CFO engagements

For a growing company that needs finance leadership part-time:

  • A short call: where the numbers stand, and which decision they fail to support.
  • A focused look at close, cash, margins, and systems.
  • A scoped engagement with deliverables you can see working.
